General Brewing Guidelines

Water

  • Use clean, filtered water

  • Ideal mineral content helps clarity and sweetness

Water Temperature

  • Light Roast: 94–96 °C / 201–205 °F

  • Medium Roast: 92–94 °C / 198–201 °F

  • Dark Roast: 88–92 °C / 190–198 °F

Grind Size Reference

  • Espresso: Very fine

  • Pour-over (V60, Pulsar): Medium–fine

  • Filter/Drip: Medium

  • French Press: Coarse

Filter Brew (Drip / Batch Brew)

A balanced, approachable cup that highlights clarity and sweetness.

Light Roast

  • Ratio: 1:16

  • Grind: Medium

  • Brew Time: 3:30–4:30

  • Notes: Bright acidity, clean finish

Medium Roast

  • Ratio: 1:16

  • Grind: Medium

  • Brew Time: 3:00–3:30

  • Notes: Balanced body and sweetness

Dark Roast

  • Ratio: 1:15

  • Grind: Medium–coarse
