Our story
We’ve always been totally obsessed with coffee, and the dream of opening our own roastery and coffee shop was something we couldn’t shake! In 2021, we finally turned that dream into reality, and Lamplight Coffee started to shine. Over the years, we’ve dived deep into the world of roasting logging countless hours of research, hands on practice, and drawing inspiration from the global coffee community as well as courses at the CoffeeMind Academy in Denmark to perfect our craft.
After thousands of hours spent working with all kinds of varieties, we’re beyond excited to share with you our roasts. Whether you’re into floral, fruity, and balanced light roasts, bold, chocolatey, nutty darks, or adventurous experimental processes, we’ve got something for you. We also have the classic favorites you all know and love.

Our Name
Lamplight Coffee was born from a love of antique lanterns objects created with care, meant to last, and designed to bring light where it’s needed most. That same philosophy guides how we approach coffee.
We work intentionally with producers and sourcing partners who share our commitment to transparency, equity, and quality. Every coffee we roast can be traced back to the people and places behind it the farmers, families, and communities whose work makes each cup possible. We believe ethical sourcing isn’t an addon; it’s the foundation of great coffee.
Just as each lantern in our collection carries its own history, every coffee we offer tells a distinct story. From bright, floral light roasts to rich, grounding dark roasts, our coffees reflect origin, process, and the thoughtful decisions made at every step along the way.
We roast in small batches and package with care, honoring the work done long before the coffee ever reaches us. Our role is simple: to respect the craft at origin and help bring its character forward in the cup.
